Privacy

Privacy on the Blog, in plain words

The blog is a set of static pages you read. It has no accounts, no comment system and no uploads — so there is very little to write a privacy policy about, and this page covers the little there is, plainly.

Reading leaves nothing behind here. The blog loads no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers, and its pages ask you for nothing except an email address if you choose to join the newsletter form.

What we do not collect

  • No accounts, so no passwords or profiles to store or leak.
  • No comments, so nothing you write is published or held by this site.
  • No uploads: the copy-link button uses your own browser's clipboard and sends nothing anywhere.

The newsletter form

The Friday Charge form on the homepage is front-end only until the list is wired up — the same disclosed state as the main site's form. It checks that an address looks like an email address, in your browser, and says so on the page. When the newsletter backend is connected, this page will be updated before the form starts storing addresses, and the main site's policy will carry the details.

Third parties

The pages load the Inter and Plus Jakarta Sans fonts from Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google's font servers to fetch them, and Google may log that request under its own policies. Links out to workkitly.com and write.workkitly.com are ordinary links — what happens there is covered by their pages: see the main privacy policy and Privacy on Write.
